·       Responsible for target asset financial modeling, including identification of key assumptions, sensitivity analyses, simulations, and optimization for solar, wind, bess and hybrid projects

·      Maintain and validate financial models, ensuring accuracy of structure and outputs, and perform reviews with buy-side and sell-side counterparties.

·      Lead and support M&A transaction activities, including execution of NDAs and LOIs, support in mandate negotiations, Virtual Data Room (VDR) management, coordination of site visits, and organization of expert sessions.

·      Coordinate working group meetings and manage the Q&A process with internal and external stakeholders.

·      Support regulated and private market auctions, including feasibility analysis, funding structuring, and bidding strategy.

·      Coordinate with external advisors and internal departments to ensure timely progress and alignment across projects.

·      Perform comprehensive project analysis and evaluation, supporting investment and strategic decision-making.

·      Organize and prepare internal approval and governance processes.

·      Ensure full compliance with all CGNBE policies, standards, and procedures, including Compliance, Anti-Bribery, Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety requirements.

Education: Degree in Engineering/Finance/Economics/Business or correlated areas.

Experience: 5~ 8 years working in renewable energy industry and financial modeling

English: Advanced
